Working in one of the most iconic buildings in Western Europe, working as Project Director and QS for the Main Contractor, Colin undertook the delivery of the 65,000 ft2 fit-out over 3 floors for a Private Client.  This ‘state of the art’ facility comprised an imaging suite which included 2 MRI’s, CT, Fluoroscopy and X-ray, a Women’s Health department including Mammography, Physiotherapy department with an advanced gym complete with the latest technology.  The whole facility totalled 78 Consulting rooms, 11 treatment rooms with ancillary and secretarial space to provide a number of clinics including Urology, Lupus and Gastroenterology to name a few.
