Design must always make you feel good, but more importantly the process of developing the design should also make you feel excited with anticipation of seeing your project coming to life. Construction Management
Construction Management tackles many disciplines within the construction process, be that working with a client to help secure the project, provide cost-plan and estimating services, Project Manage and coordinate the design phase, or all the above with hands-on Project Management through to delivery and final account. At Black Pine we are well disciplined to provide a full range of construction services, from a one-off service to the whole project from inception to completion.
