With a Main Contractor background for over 30 years, Colin has extensive knowledge of the pitfalls a project can face, from finding buildability and logistical solutions to delivery and quality management. Added with his understanding of financial management this gives him great expertise in helping shape the design into a budget friendly, practical development.
