Appointed by the Hospital of St Johns and St Elizabeth, Black Pine provided Architectural and Pre-Construction Project Management support to the refurbishment of the Hospice Day Centre and Hospice staff offices.  Taking the brief to provide an airy flexible client facing space, Black Pine developed and delivered a coordinated Stage 4 design, and Project Managed the tendering process through to Main Contractor appointment.   Due to the level of detail provided the developed scheme opened in early 2024 with minimal change to the design and within the tendered budget.
