Working in the new Cancer Treatment Centre of Guys’ and St Thomas’, working as Lead Director for the Main Contractor Colin delivered the 60,000ft2 medical fit out of the PPU to levels 10-13 on behalf of a Private Client.

Following a post tender, pre-start deign reconfiguration to introduce a fourth theatre, Colin acted as Lead Coordinator between Client, Arup, Sonnemann Toon and the G&ST trust, and delivered this project on time and within budget.

This new facility provides inpatient facilities including four fully integrated theatres - two with robotic and laser capabilities, an ITU department, isolation rooms, general and surgical private bedrooms, a JACIE accredited stem cell transplantation unit and a day-case Oncology suite.
