A lovely refurbishment of the old Natwest building on the corner of Ely Place.  The works entailed the refurbishment of the old basement vaults to provide cycle storage, changing and showers, with 2 new staircases from ground level, Cat A fit out to the 1st floor a co-working space to the 3rd floor and a common parts refurbishment to the main stair.

The ruby in the crown however was the works to old banking hall, re-purposing this into a stunning office space incorporating a new mezzanine level feature floor and helical stair.  Working for the Mian Contractor as Lead Director and QS, this project was completed in 2021.
